SUPRABHAT CHAI STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
For tea bags:
- Bring fresh water to boil.
- Place the Suprabhat Chai tea bag and pour hot water (preferably at 98° C) in a cup.
- Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
- Stir well and add lemon or sugar if you like.
For loose tea:
- Bring fresh water to boil.
- Add 2 gms of loose Suprabhat Chai to hot water (preferably at 98° C).
- Turn off the flame and allow it to brew for about two minutes.
- Strain it into a cup.
- Add lemon or sugar to taste.

100gm/200gm - Suprabhat Chai (Good Morning Green Tea) comes protected inside an airtight aluminum foil, packaged carefully in a stylized cardboard pack.
20 Tea Bags (40gm) - This comes in 100% biodegradable tea bags made of corn and wheat starch.
DOSAGE & STORAGE
Recommended: One cup of Suprabhat Chai Green Tea twice a day preferably between 6:00 am – 10:00 am.

This is the only medicine which works to keep my chronic low grade fever under control. I have tried various remedies under Ayurveda, Allopathy, Unani, Homeo etc but none of them worked.

The only medicine which works for my chronic, debilitating fever. It took 3 days for the symptoms to go and the fever hasn't returned in the past 9 months. Like all Ayurvedic medicines, it must be taken for at least 2 months to have lasting effect.

Namaskaram, yes the quality is good. Specially the aroma, ingredients and the way it's made had been praiseworthy from everybody to whom I shared with. The only thing is currently plastic is being used for insulation may be in future could be replaced by some other material. Overall worth for buying again.

It is crisp and has a nice flavour. It's also light on the stomach. Quite a good size and for small eaters one biscuit is filling. Each biscuit comes in it's own packing to keep it from becoming soft. I hope that in future there will be more such gluten free products. I chose the variation with coconut oil as the other one has ghee in it which tends to irritate my acidity.
